After weeks of deliberation between the runpods Pro and Dr. Dre Power Beats Pro, I finally snagged the runpods at a discount! Man, am I glad I made that choice; they’re fantastic! The sound and build quality really blew me away for the price I paid—just 49.99 on sale instead of the 169.99 for the Power Beats! I was so impressed that I ended up getting a second pair for my wife! It’s still early days, so I’m hoping they hold up well, but so far, everything’s looking good! 👍🏽

The website is super user-friendly. Awesome deal and timely delivery. I got regular updates from the company regarding my order, and they even checked in after I got my package. The product I purchased (Runpod Pro) performs wonderfully. I needed earpods for jogging, and they fit perfectly, even with my glasses on—didn’t budge at all during a 5K run. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a pair of Runpods Air and they showed up in just 2 days. When I tried to connect them to my phone this morning, the right pod had a problem. It wouldn’t turn on, no matter what I did.

I went through all the troubleshooting steps, but still no luck.

So, I hopped onto their online chat (it was a bit slow at first), and I explained my situation. They quickly arranged for a brand new set to be sent out right away.

I asked if they could check them before shipping, and they assured me that would happen.

Pretty impressive how fast they handled everything. Now, I’m just waiting for my new set to arrive and see how they perform.

I gotta say, the customer service here is top-notch! I ordered some Airpods, and they showed up nicely packed through Evri in just a few days. They were meant for my daughter, but they turned out to be a bit too large. So, I shot an email to customer service, and a lovely lady named Mel got back to me right away. She gave me the option of a refund or sending the mini version for me to try out. Once again, they arrived super quick. My daughter is thrilled with the mini ones since they fit her smaller ears perfectly. She gave them a test run before stashing them away for Christmas, and they sound fantastic. I’ll definitely be shopping at Run Pods again. Big thanks!

I picked up the RunPods Mini for my first organized 5k in the woods. It absolutely rained cats and dogs, but my RunPods stayed put like champs! Super comfy and the ONLY earbuds that have ever fit my tiny ears! Kelly is fantastic with after-sales support... super friendly and really helpful. The support from this company is top-notch. I recently bought these earphones, and while they initially connected to my phone, they started dropping the connection after a bit. After reaching out to the company and running through some troubleshooting steps with them, they decided to send me a replacement pair. Now, I'm just hanging tight for the delivery so I can start enjoying them.

Hey #runpods, I appreciate you NOT processing my refund after I placed my order on 6/9/22 and still haven't gotten my item. It's been over your 14-day refund window. You even sent me an email saying your courier messed up and that you’re fine with using a different one. So, where's my cash? Don't bother with them.
